Raspberry Pistachio Tart from Dominique Ansel Bakery

Dominique Ansel is Daniel Boulud’s protege, so when word got around that he was opening his own little Parisien styled bakery in SoHo, I had to drop by.

In this wonderful tart, each raspberry is filled with jam. The chilled Pistachio paste/purée really compliments the light and buttery crust. This is a homer.
